SERVING GILBERT'S HOMES AND BUSINESSES
Gilbert has grown from a small farming town into one of Arizona's most active East Valley communities, with master-planned neighborhoods like Power Ranch, Seville, Val Vista Lakes, Morrison Ranch, Agritopia, The Islands, Layton Lakes, and Lyon's Gate, along with the historic Heritage District near downtown. That mix of newer construction, established master-planned homes, and older properties means plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical service needs vary widely from one part of Gilbert to the next.
A&K Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC works across that full range. Whether you are in a newer build south of the 202, an established home in a master-planned community, an older property near the Heritage District, or a commercial space along Gilbert Road or Williams Field Road, the goal is the same: practical service, clear communication, and work that holds up over time.

Many Gilbert homes are built on slab foundations, which is why slab leak detection and repair come up regularly across the area.
-
Over time, the calcium and magnesium minerals in Gilbert’s hard water can cause scale buildup in pipes, water heaters, fixtures, and appliances. That is why water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and whole-house filtration systems are popular upgrades for Gilbert homeowners.
-

Yes. A&K offers hydro jetting and drain cleaning for Gilbert homes and businesses. Hydro jetting is especially useful for clearing recurring clogs, grease buildup, and root intrusion in drain and sewer lines, and is a strong alternative to basic snaking when problems keep coming back. -
Yes, we offer pipe lining in Gilbert. Gilbert's mix of older properties near the Heritage District and established master-planned communities means pipe age and condition vary widely across the area. When a line develops cracks or starts deteriorating, we can walk you through both options — full replacement or pipe lining — so you can choose the approach that fits your home and budget.
