Our Services
Plumbing
Hydro jetting, tankless water heaters, pipe lining, leak detection, drain cleaning, reverse osmosis systems, repiping, gas lines, and remodel plumbing, we help solve both urgent plumbing problems and bigger long-term concerns.
HVAC
Arizona heat puts a heavy strain on heating and cooling systems. We provide HVAC support designed to improve comfort, performance, and system reliability for homes and businesses.
Electrical
Panel replacements, circuit repairs, new wiring, and whole-home rewiring for homes and businesses. A&K holds a separate Arizona electrical license, so electrical work tied to a plumbing or HVAC install is handled by the same company.
Mechanical
Mechanical work often requires broader coordination across systems, equipment, and trades. We bring practical field knowledge and project awareness to more complex scopes of work.

SERVING Scottsdale'S HOMES AND BUSINESSES
Scottsdale spans a wide range of residential styles, from established neighborhoods around Old Town and South Scottsdale to large master-planned communities like McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Grayhawk, and McDowell Mountain Ranch, and the custom home corridors of North Scottsdale including Troon, DC Ranch, Pinnacle Peak, and the Cactus Corridor. That range means plumbing and HVAC service needs vary significantly from one part of Scottsdale to the next — older homes in South Scottsdale have very different system concerns than newer custom builds in North Scottsdale.
A&K Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC works across the full range of Scottsdale homes and properties. The focus is the same in every job: practical service, clear communication, and work that holds up over time.

Plumbing FAQs
-
A&K provides a wide range of plumbing services in Scottsdale, including water heaters, tankless water heaters, reverse osmosis systems, water filtration, water softeners, leak repair, repiping, slab leak repair, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer-related repairs, gas lines, remodel plumbing, custom build plumbing, and fixture replacement.
-
Scottsdale has some of the hardest water in Arizona. According to the City of Scottsdale, hardness levels vary by area: roughly 22 to 25 grains per gallon south of Indian School Road, 20 to 22 grains per gallon between Indian School Road and Chaparral Road, and 16 to 18 grains per gallon north of Chaparral Road. All of those levels qualify as very hard water, which can cause scale buildup in pipes, water heaters, fixtures, and appliances over time. That is why water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and whole-house filtration are common upgrades for Scottsdale homeowners.
-
Yes. A&K installs reverse osmosis drinking water systems, water softeners, water conditioning systems, and whole-house filtration for Scottsdale homeowners. Given the hardness levels across Scottsdale, these systems play an important role in protecting plumbing and appliances and improving the taste and quality of drinking water.
-
Yes. South Scottsdale has some of the city's older residential housing stock, and older homes can present unique plumbing challenges, including aging piping, outdated fixtures, slab leaks, and drain line issues. A&K is comfortable working in older Scottsdale homes and can help evaluate repairs, repiping, and upgrades thoughtfully.
-
Yes. A&K provides remodel plumbing and custom build plumbing for Scottsdale homes, including rough-in, top-out, trim, fixture installation, gas lines, water filtration and softening systems, tankless water heater installs, and coordination on larger renovation projects.
-
Yes. A&K handles water heater services in Scottsdale, including water heater repair, water heater replacement, gas water heaters, electric water heaters, and tankless water heater installation. Because of Scottsdale's very hard water, water heaters in the area often experience faster sediment buildup, which can shorten lifespan and affect performance.
-
Yes. A&K offers hydro jetting and drain cleaning for Scottsdale homes and businesses. Aging drain lines, root intrusion, and recurring clogs are common in older Scottsdale neighborhoods, and hydro jetting can clear lines thoroughly without the limitations of basic snaking.
-
Yes, we provide pipe lining in Scottsdale. South Scottsdale's older homes often have aging piping that can crack or deteriorate over time, while newer custom builds in North Scottsdale are less likely to need it. Depending on the condition and location of the pipe, we can recommend either a full replacement or pipe lining, which creates a new pipe inside the old one without disturbing flooring or landscaping.
